Some of the most attractive features of MOOCs are their combination of autonomous learning and online collaboration with colleagues and lecturers, so developing an effective MOOC for corporations should be done in the same way as any other HRD intervention. Using MOOCs for employee development provides enormous benefits including accessibility, affordability and specific training.
